I offer a wide range of Management Accounting services depending on what your business needs and its size. I can prepare basic profit and loss or the full function and do all your accounting functions. This will include Purchase/ Sales Ledger / Credit control / VAT returns / Bank reconciliations etc. Set of summarized accounting data (balance sheet, income statement) prepared and presented (usually every month, fortnight, or week) specifically for a firm's management. The objective of management accounts is to provide timely and key financial and statistical information required by managers to make day to day and short-term decisions. All these will be done from our office so we don't need to take up valuable space in you premises and all for a fixed Monthly cost.

Cash-flow and Cost Control

Cash flow is the net amount of cash and cash-equivalents moving into and out of a business. Positive cash flow indicates that a company's liquid assets are increasing, enabling it to settle debts, reinvest in its business, return money to shareholders, pay expenses and provide a buffer against future financial challenges. Negative cash flow indicates that a company's liquid assets are decreasing. Net cash flow is distinguished from net income, which includes accounts receivable and other items for which payment has not actually been received. Cash flow is used to assess the quality of a company's income, that is, how liquid it is, which can indicate whether the company is positioned to remain solvent We can set up monitoring spreadsheets which can be updated daily from you trading and bank position to control this. We also offer a great deal of advice on cost saving throughout your business which may be being overlooked from the inside.

HMRC & VAT

Many people nowadays have more than one source of income, are self-employed, are a sub-contractor or a company director so you will normally have to submit an annual tax return. We can provide a knowledgeable service and ongoing support service tailored to your needs and in turn this will help to reduce your tax burden and comply with HMRC regulations.

With the information provided I will do the calculations for you. Once agreed, the necessary paperwork will be completed and submitted to HMRC on your behalf, deleting any pressure or anxiety many individuals encounter.

I have many reports already built which I can tailor to your needs which include for example, Budget v Actual analysis, Commissions earnt or forecast, Bonuses earnt or available, Rebates based on percentages, Fuel usage of company vehicles. The list is endless and these can be purchased and designed individual away from any other package agreed.
